Review: This is a good looking radio with a modern appearance.
It's not tiny but smaller than most witch is good for modern vehicles.
6.5 in deep 7 in across 1 3/4 in tall.
Front mounting microphone and speaker means it can fit in a small spot.
4 pin means there are many different kinds of mics that will fit with no soldering needed.
It has channel scan which comes in handy on long drives.
It has many options that you could expect to see on a rig that costs about 30 bucks more.
If this radio had "Weather Alert" I would give it 5 stars.
Otherwise it is a fine rig that i use daily in my truck.
The only draw back is that it aoutomatically goes to channel 9 every time I turn it on.
It could be that I am doing something wrong ,But it is annoying to Always have to change it to channel 40 which is my local chat channel.

Review: Very good performer for the price. Front firing speaker is loud and clear on most installations, so you dont really have a need for an external speaker.
LED display is clear and easy to read, and knobs are easy to work without looking at the unit.
Only thing I personally do not like is the large, bulky, plastic feeling mic.
Its rugged enough and sounds clear, it just feels large in my hand when compared to other radios I use regularly. I replaced it with another Cobra mic and that made me happy.
The only thing you have to realize, is this is a LARGE cb. If you have limited mounting space, I would consider a smaller unit.
If you have the room for it, go for it!
