I received the replacement slip seat box and speaker, and also the correct size slip seat box cover earlier this week, in two shipments. The cover was the correct size this time (I sent the smaller one back with the supplied ground label), but more importantly, the replacement slip seat box and speaker were received in beautiful condition; while the first slip seat box was shipped in just the manufacturer's box, with no additional shipping box or material, and the speaker rattling around inside it, the second shipment was packed with bubble material in addition to an exterior shipping carton. Had the original shipment been packed in the same manner the replacement was, I'm sure there would have been no damage whatsoever.
UPS came on 4/27 and picked up the original carton with the damaged slip seat box and speaker enclosed.
Again, thank you for taking a personal interest in this oder and for resolving it so efficiently. I hope to do business with Walcott again, and will make an effort to stop in when I next get out to the Iowa 80 area.

Thank you, I like the Cobra Model and since most of the time when we are on the 4X4 trails we would be less than 1/2 mile it looks like HH38WXST would be the one even though we use our Wrangler with the top off on the trail but I think it would be nice when we travel to put the Magnet Antenna on one of the Grand Cherokees. Thank you for answering my question and I will be placing a credit card order sometime this week as you have been so kind. I guess the joke may be on me with the trail guides when I asked if I had a CB what channel would I want to be on and they said Channel G or HH.
I am reminded of summer camp with my Scouts when other adult leaders would ask one of the newer Scouts to go find a left handed smoke shifter. Simply put it doesn't exist, like snipes and I guess the joke is on me. I as an Adult leader for almost 20 years and two Eagle Scouts I never asked a Scout to go find a left handed smoke shifter and never will but that I guess that is to my credit.

This is just one of the reasons why I do business with Walcott CB Sales, Inc, Customer Service. I lived in Champaign IL in 2003 when I first stopped in Walcott IA at the IA 80 Truck Stop and saw your store and stopped in. Since then I drove from Champaign IL every time I needed any radio or accessory or technical support. Some folks call me crazy however, I am a guy that mails his cowboy boots to Austin TX because of quality repair and service, good is good and you all are good. From the sales staff to technical support you all are the best. I retired and moved back home 2005 and now I live in Seguin Texas, 35 miles East of San Antonio TX, and as much as I like to travel it’s just not practical, even for me, to drive to IA each time I want to buy my radio equipment. So now I get all my radios and accessories via the Internet from Walcott CB Sales, Inc. Your prices are very completive and with the largest selection of radio merchandise I’ve ever seen and even with the two or three days it takes to receive the product, it is well worth the wait to get exactly what I want the first time.

The spanish tech did an outstanding job on the radio, it's Q9+++ and without any switches thrown, other drivers are commenting when i key up.
As in the past, it has always been a good experience dealing with you folks, and will always reference other drivers to ya.
There's few techs out there that do good work, most simply chopping up the inside of a radio. The quality of your techs are unmatched. In closing, I'd like to say thanks again.

Recently, within the last 3 days actually, I ordered the Hands-Free Voice Activated Headset for Cobra Handheld CB and FRS radios. What an awesome piece of equipment to add to my Cobra HH Roadtrip CB Radio. The signal reception is so much more clear than I ever expected, and the from visiting with my othher CB Buddies, the Microphone is top notch for quality of sound.
