According to Firestik, every antenna should have a spring. Springs protect the antenna, mount and vehicle. This spring is made from long lasting, top grade electro-polished stainless steel. The upper and lower inserts are made of chrome-plated machine brass and have standard 3/8"-24 threads to fit all Firestik antennas, mounts and accessories.

Perhaps your antenna is too tall to fit into your garage, or you often park in a high theft area. Coax Installations Just Got Easier!

Introducing a low profile surface mounted coax cable complete with a removable PL-259 connector. Many CB antenna installations are mounted in such a way that using a standard PL259 connector on the antenna side is simply not possible. For instance Pickup hood/fender mounts that hang over the fender do not work with a PL259 connector.

This is where the Terminator antenna stud comes in. Using a tight right angle coax connection with a low profile bottom antenna stud, the Terminator stud will work on even the tightest antenna mount installs.

Important Installation Note - The bottom of the antenna mount hole must be scraped to remove paint for grounding.
